Reports to: Vice President, Business Intelligence and FP&A Analysis

Job Summary:

The Manager Financial Analyst will prepare, analyze, and summarize financial results and forecasting and budgeting models. The Analyst will help provide support for the quarterly public filings, board materials and quarterly financial results meetings with management and Participating Regional Operators (“PROs”). This position in based in our corporate headquarters located in Greenwood Village, CO.

Principal Job Duties:

  • Coordinate meetings, manage projects and ability to connect well with internal stakeholders.
  • Supervise staff within the organization.
  • Assist in the execution of the annual budgeting process, which includes the preparation of materials, analysis of results, communication with our PROs and integration of final budgets into the accounting reporting system.
  • Ability to create and maintain complex financial models.
  • Prepare board materials and assist in other presentations.
  • Assist in the preparation and analysis of quarterly performance reporting.
  • High-Level analytical skills and problem-solving ability
  • Manage implementation of Budget Forecast software
  • Other projects and duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong initiative, decision making, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong attention to detail.

Qualifications:

  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office with advanced Excel and modeling skills.
  • Ability to read and interpret financial statements.
  • Understanding of valuation, partnership waterfalls and capital sources.
  • Ability to independently create, validate, present and implement ideas, Intellectual curiosity.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and analytical.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with Business Intelligence and Visualizations tools are a plus (SQL, Tableau, Power BI, R, etc.).
  • Ability to work independently or as a team. Ability to manage competing priorities.

Education and Experience

  • Degree in Real Estate or finance or similar field of study or equivalent experience.
  • 5-10 years of applicable work experience

Compensation Range: $100,000 - $115,000 plus bonus (depending on amount of experience)

FLSA Status: Exempt
