Reports To: Transaction Manager

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and coordinate the contract and closing stages of self storage real estate property transactions
  • Communicate effectively with internal business owners, and external vendors including legal counsel, title company, brokers, and property assessment companies
  • Assist with innovation of the transaction management process
  • Prepare reporting of costs, and timeliness of various aspects of the closing processes

Required Skills/Abilities:

  • Established organizational skills for monitoring status of projects and coordinating timely completion according to specified deadlines
  • Attention to details and ability to prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced acquisitions environment
  • Desire to continue learning about property due diligence and the overall acquisitions closing process
  • Ability to research and effectively communicate about unfamiliar pieces of documentation
  • Strong communication skills (both written and verbal) that are effective at building relationships and inspiring action
  • Self-motivated and dependable
  • Desire to evaluate current processes and find ways to improve them and make them more efficient

Physical Requirements:

  • Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer
  • Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds at times

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 1+ years of experience in the real estate industry

Compensation Range: $50,000-$60,000 annually

FLSA Status: Exempt/ Non-exempt

Location: Greenwood Village, CO

Supervisory Responsibilities: None

Working Conditions and Physical Demands:

  • Works in an indoor office
  • Use of office equipment and computers
  • Occasional lifting of supplies and materials from time to time
  • Positions in this class typically include extended sedentary positions, talking, hearing, seeing, grasping, movement and repetitive motions
