We are looking for a hard-working, reliable, creative, intellectually curious, self-motivated individual with a proven talent for managing various technology projects that meet complex business requirements.

As a Project Manager within the IT department, you will report to the Senior Vice President, Head of Technology.

Your work will directly contribute to meeting/exceeding NSA’s aggressive growth goals through our investment in our technology platforms. In collaboration with finance & accounting, data science, operations, acquisitions, marketing, internal audit and our affiliates, you will work with business owners to implement various IT projects and deployment across all business units and continuously improve effectiveness to meet our goals.

Job responsibilities:

  • Accomplish information technology staff results by communicating job expectations.
  • Planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.
  • Coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees.
  • Initiating, coordinating, and enforcing systems, policies, and procedures.
  • Lead team selection, orientation, and training.
  • Maintains organization's effectiveness and efficiency by defining, delivering, and supporting strategic plans for implementing information technologies.
  • Directs technological research by studying organization goals, strategies, practices, and user projects.
  • Develop project management policies, procedures and methodology to manage internal and external development projects.
  • Complete projects by coordinating resources and timetables with business users (multiple departments) and vendor resources.
  • Verify application results by conducting system audits of technologies implemented.
  • Recommends information technology strategies, policies, and procedures by evaluating organization outcomes; identifying problems; evaluating trends; anticipating requirements.
  • Accomplishes financial objectives by forecasting requirements; preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective action.
  • Maintain quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
  • Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
  • Interpret and identify business requirements / specifications.
  • Work with various departments to define, gather, translate functional requirements to technical requirements and prepare executable development activities or projects etc.

Requirements:

  • Experience in building PMO structure a minimum of ten (10) years’ experience with project management in ERP, SaaS, IaaS and custom in house developed applications using .net, PHP, and Java etc. technologies.
  • Expertise and experience in Financial, HRM, Property management, Sales & Marketing, CRM, and EDWBI systems implementation.
  • High level knowledge around RDBMS like MySQL, Oracle, ORD, NoSQL and MS SQL*Server etc.
  • Working with service providers like Microsoft Azure and AWS.
  • Preferred PMP certification.
  • Large and multi-year project deployments.
  • Managing projects, developing project plan, deliverable, milestones and budgets etc.
  • Superb interpersonal, and written and verbal communication skills.
  • Technical Management, Technical Understanding, Analyzing Information , Informing Others, Staffing, Problem Solving, Coordination, Strategic Planning, Quality Management.
  • Familiarity with Atlassian tools.
  • Experience with QA tools.
  • Experience with call center applications.
  • Experience ERP / SaaS / custom proprietary systems and understanding implementation methodology.
  • Knowledge in integrations with internal and third-party systems.
  • Knowledge SDLC methodology (Analysis, Dev, Test, QA, Prod and Post-Prod support etc.

Salary Range: 80,000 - 100,000 annual salary

FLSA Status: Exempt
